Refund Policy

Try before you pay
Every account starts with a 14-day trial and no card. We would much rather you found out in the trial that TellHound is not for you than pay and ask for the money back. If the trial did not show you something useful about your infrastructure, tell us why — that is more valuable to us than the subscription.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from your billing settings or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel, because you paid for that time.
Your data is not deleted when you cancel. If you come back, your history is still there.
Refunds
If you are unhappy within 14 days of a payment, email us and we will refund it in full. No form, and we will not make you justify it.
After 14 days we consider refunds case by case. We will refund, without argument, when:
- a fault on our side meant the service was not usable for a meaningful part of the period;
- you were billed after cancelling;
- you were charged twice for the same period.
We generally do not refund a period you used normally and then decided against partway through — cancel, and you keep the remainder of what you paid for.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email on the account. You do not need the invoice number; we can find it. We reply within one business day, and an approved refund is processed by our merchant of record — usually 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Who actually takes the payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing enquiries and issues your invoice, and a refund is ultimately processed by them. Contacting us is the fastest route — we will arrange it.
Chargebacks
Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes far longer for you. We have never refused a reasonable refund request, and we would rather just pay you back.
